What to bring & gym etiquette
To ensure PARC remains a fun, safe and enjoyable space for all members we ask that you please pay attention to these member expectations.
- Sweat towel – no towel, no workout
- Drink Bottle
- Membership band
- Check Parking Permit is on your car dash and has the correct date
- Your own yoga mat (if you wish)
- Heart rate monitor/ fitness tracker (if you wish)
- Don’t forget to share the space and equipment with other members.
