Job tasks and responsibilities
We are seeking fun, flexible and enthusiastic Teachers to help us:
- Teach swimming and water safety to children of all ages in small classes.
- Ensure enjoyment whilst developing their swimming skills and have fun.
- Work closely with our other Teachers to ensure the smooth delivery of the PARC Swim program.

Skills and experience
To join our team you will need:
- A Swim Teaching Qualification from any of the three providers:
AUSTSWIM
Life Saving Victoria
Swim Australia - Your CPR certificate and a Working With Children Card
- Plus a fun personality and loads of energy!

We have a dedicated PARC Swim STAR (Swim Teacher Active Recruitment) Program, designed to welcome new PARC Swim Teachers to our Team more efficiently. PARC’s STAR Program allows individuals who are new to the profession to begin ‘in water’ experience and training, whilst being paid, before completing their Swim Teacher course and CPR.
