If you’re looking for some more accountability with your training and love a challenge, then Small Group Training is for you. Due to the success of our 8-week challenges we’ve created a brand-new affordable membership that will help you get stronger, healthier and reach your fitness goals faster!
Small Group Training has been designed for members that enjoy training together in a smaller group setting. Plus, we’ve also integrated our 8-week challenge into this membership meaning more accountability and support for your health and fitness goals.
What’s included:
- 1 x 60 minute small group training session per week (Up to 5 people)
- Inclusion in our 8-week challenge (at no extra charge)
- Priority booking into the 8-week challenge
- 49 week membership (no training 2nd to 8th April and 23rd Dec to 5th Jan)
Cost: $28 per week (on top of your Full Access membership price)
This is an add-on membership for our Full Access members, you can ONLY join Small Group Training if you are a PARC Full Access member.

The small group training membership includes:
- 1 x 60min Small group PT per week.
- Ongoing membership which runs 49 weeks of the year (like swim school) where they can suspend for up to 4 weeks per year (min 2 week blocks).
- The 8 week challenge which includes Super Sunday Sessions, nutrition seminars and weekly emails.
- Private Small Group Training Facebook Page.
- A spot on their preferred day with their trainer is guaranteed until they cancel their membership.
- Priority booking into preferred day/time/trainer.
- There are no sessions running over Easter (Friday 15 April – Monday 18 April) and Christmas (Friday 23 December – Tuesday 3 January)
The small group training membership costs $28 per week on direct debit.
Option 1
- Fill out online enquiry form on the Small Group Training page on the website.
- The Health & Fitness team will contact you to go through available session times.
- Health and Fitness team can complete a PARC Programs Terms and Conditions form and Direct Debit form and book you into your session over the phone.
- You must sign paperwork at reception within 24 hours otherwise you will be removed from your booking and pay pro rata payment if required.
Option 2
- Fill out online enquiry form on the Small Group Training page on the website.
- Speak to Health and Fitness Team to discuss available session times.
- Go to reception and see a Membership consultant and complete a PARC Programs Terms and Conditions form and Direct Debit form.
- Health and Fitness team will then book you into your preferred session time.
There are no make up sessions however you have 4 FREE weeks of suspension (minimum 2 week blocks) to use if you are going away or miss sessions throughout the year.

Yes, the 8 week challenge and all the extras are included in the small group training membership.
Yes, there is a 14 days’ notice period to cancel membership.
Yes, there is a 7 day cooling off period. This may be used if you sign up and we’re not able to find you a group with the minimum of 4 members.
Yes you can change your session day/time depending on if there is an available spot. Once you move sessions your current spot will become available to book for other members.
Membership runs 49 weeks of the year, 1 week break over Easter and 2 weeks break over Christmas. All memberships are automatically put on suspension throughout these periods. There are no sessions running over Easter (Friday 2 April – Thursday 8 April) and Christmas (Thursday 23 December – Wednesday 5 January).
5 people max in a group. Groups need a minimum of 4.
Yes members aged 16years + can sign up.
Yes your trainer will organise another trainer to run the session so you will not miss out.
The session will still run but during the opening times of 7am-7pm.
All memberships will be put on suspension.

- Inbody scans before & after.
- Before & after photos (taken by the client)
- Private FB for ongoing support, motivation, nutrition advice etc.
- A training program to follow in the gym, as well as your weekly strength-focused PT.

Members must have an active complete membership for the duration of the challenge

Yes, however you will still have to pay the full upfront fee of $248.
Get in touch with a member of our Health and Fitness team via sgpt@peninsulaleisure.com.au or the form on our website. They will be able to go through available spaces and allocate you to a group, as well as get your membership paperwork started.
It depends on availability. Small group training members have priority booking as they are already booked into a session ongoing.

These can be viewed on the My PARC App or via the timetable on this page – you cannot book through the app though, your trainer will be able to book you in.
During the 8 Week Challenge, there are 4 Sunday sessions where everyone from the 8WC attends. During round 1 & 4 they are held at Beauty Park, Frankston at 8:30am – 9:30am. The other 2 Sunday session locations are to be confirmed.
A mat, towel and drink bottle.
You can sign up for Sunday Sessions via the My PARC app.
There are no make ups. Trainer will send workout that was missed for client to do in their own time.
