Terrie has 10 years of competitive sport aerobics background on a state, national and international level. After injury she found a love for CrossFit which saw her completing her Diploma of Fitness and CrossFit level 1 and level 2 qualifications. Terrie has been coaching sport aerobics for 6 years and CrossFit for 3 years. She has a huge love for fitness and helping people achieve the best versions of themselves. She is now studying Exercise Science at University to assist her clients with injury rehabilitation and injury prevention.
