Sam is a qualified personal trainer with a Bachelors of Exercise Science and Sport Medicine. As a past collegiate athlete, he understands the importance of keeping your body healthy and strong, not only for sports, but for general life too. He studied and played soccer in America, gaining experience through quality performance programs, facilities, sports teams, and health professionals. He has also helped cardiac patients complete their rehabilitation programs, in order to ease their transition back into society after a devastating cardiac event.
Sam has a passion for movement, wants to share that passion with as many people as he can. Fitness and healthy living have greatly improved his confidence and overall outlook on life, and he hopes that he can take what he knows and share it with as many people as possible.
