Pru is passionate about HIIT – High-Intensity Interval Training. She believes that to get lean, healthy, fit and fast and see results quick then HIIT is the most effective style of training. Pru has been in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years and loves helping clients become the best version of themselves – feeling healthy and happy. That is why she is one of the master trainers for PARC’s 8 week challenge.
