Chris has worked with a diverse range of clients since 2004, from children to older adults and has developed the skills to cater for beginners through to experienced gym users. She specialises in short to long distance running programming and believes that success comes through the balance of a healthy mindset, healthy eating and enjoyable exercise. She is a passionate runner and often competes in half marathons and recreational running in her spare time.
