Alicia has a passion for helping clients, particularly women, achieve their fitness goals. With 13 years’ experience, she specialises in circuit training as a great way to lose weight and strengthen the body. Alicia wants women to understand the benefits of strength training to get fitter and stronger. When she is not working, she can be found strength training in the gym or out in the bush getting her Jeep muddy. Alicia has also competed in several body building competitions as a fitness/bikini competitor.
