8 Week Challenge
Designed by trainers Pru, Joel, Rangi, Kelly and Sam who believe that great things don’t come from comfort zones, this challenge has proven results. Join and you will get:
- 1 x weekly small group personal training session consisting of weights, cardio and HIIT (60 minutes)
- Resistance program to follow in the gym
- Before and after photos
- In-Body scans – week 1, week 5 and week 8.
- Super sessions and Master classes
- Information night / Planning session
- Food diaries
- Recipe sharing
- Mini-weekly challenges and prizes
- Access to private Facebook group for all things challenge related

Let’s Move for a Better World
Our vision at PARC is to ensure everyone has the opportunity to be active and so each March we get involved with the global Let’s Move for a Better World campaign. Its focus is helping to fight the prevalence of obesity and help change sedentary lifestyles in the community. We ask our community to ‘donate’ your ‘moves’ (physical activity) when you come into PARC in March and give a local community group, school or sports club the chance to win a gym equipment pack valued at $10k. Strong for Life 12 week program
Have you been diagnosed with arthritis, osteoporosis, diabetes, or any other chronic health condition?
Be a part of an ongoing fitness program run by Kath in the gym, focusing on appropriate technique and intensity. The Strong for Life program consists of 4 stages (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum), each stage being 12 weeks in duration.
The Strong for Life program runs Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8am – 9am.
- 2 sessions a week, increasing as the stages progress
- 1 on 1 assessment at the beginning and end of each stage
- Education sessions
- Certificate upon completion of each stage
- Social interaction with your training group (max 12 people)
Cost is just $16 a week with direct debit and upfront payment options available.

Urban Spartan Training with Maddy
Do you want to train like you’ve never trained before? Then train like a Spartan and race in the Melbourne Urban Sprint on 8th December at Yarra Park. The 5km+ course includes 20+ obstacles with a banging festival area which will be dropped into Yarra Park right outside the G’. Book into the times available, train hard with Maddy, and have a go at Spartan!
- 2 x 60 min group PT sessions per week
- 3 x 90 min Spartan training super sessions
- 2 x bonus weekly workouts*
- Spartan Urban race entry – 8 December at Yarra Park
