This Challenge isn’t about losing weight, it isn’t about getting toned muscles, it’s all about being active during lockdown and looking after you, your body and your mental health! With a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, our Challenge is designed to help you make a positive change in your life, and make sure you find time everyday to do something active, and do something for you.
The PARC Your Way Challenge kicks off on Monday 13 July, but you can join anytime!
The PARC Your Way Challenge kicks off on Monday 13 July, but you can join anytime!
If you want to maximise the results of your Challenge we recommend you also do a weekly Online or Outdoor Personal Training session.
Everyday we will share a LIVE video with you via PARC Your Way. You can elect to join LIVE, or we will load up all LIVE sessions later that afternoon and you can watch it when it suits you.
Every week we will cover:
Monday – Health & holistic wellbeing (LIVE at 7pm)
Tuesday – Strength (LIVE at 9am)
Wednesday – Cardio (LIVE at 9am)
Thursday – Strength (LIVE at 9am)
Friday – Recovery (LIVE at 9am)
