TAC/Work Cover Claims

We can support your rehabilitation through a TAC or work cover claim.

Third-party membership is where TAC or other work cover providers pay for your membership or part of your membership.

You can apply through reception and we need the details to claim the cover prior to you using the facility.

Your physio is welcome to attend your first session at no cost, however they will not be able to attend with you on a regular basis. PARC have qualified fitness professionals that are able to assist with your training and programs.

My Insurer/WorkCover has requested a quote for a gym/swim membership, what’s next?

Please email member.experience@peninsulaleisure.com.au with your quote request or visit Customer Service in the centre for a hard copy.

My Insurer/WorkCover have approved a gym/swim membership, what do I do now?

You will need to bring the approval letter to reception or forward it via email to
member.experience@peninsulaleisure.com.au. The approval letter must state the exact amount they have agreed to pay for.

What will PARC do with the approval letter?

PARC will send an invoice to the company, who will then pay the required amount.

How do I know when it has been paid?

You will receive a text message once the invoice has been paid. Please call Member Experience on 9781 8409 or email member.experience@peninsulaleisure.com.au to organise an appointment to get your membership started.

Please note: It can take anytime from 1 week to 8 weeks for the invoice to be paid by the insurer.

I already have an existing PARC membership, what happens with that?

Please speak to Member Experience directly about your current membership.

Can my physio attend with me?

Your physio is welcome to attend your first visit to PARC at no cost, however they cannot attend on a regular basis. PARC have qualified fitness professionals who can assist with your training and programs.
