Price increase is coming

We will be announcing a new increased pricing structure in 2021, however, by staying on suspension it means that your membership pricing will remain the same as pre-COVID!

Cost to cancel

Depending on your contract Terms and Conditions, you may be required to give a 28-day or 90-day minimum notice period for this cancellation.

If you are electing to cancel outside your minimum term membership period, there is no cost to cancel. However, if you are cancelling within your minimum term, the cost will be subject to payment of fees up until the end of that period.

Medical reasons

You can cancel your membership for free if you are unwell, simply send us a copy of your medical certificate and we will arrange the rest.
