Freedom to Feel Good
PARC presents our very first Freedom to Feel Good workshop, hosted by Kinesiologist Zsuzsa Toth.
Held across two nights, this fun, interactive and educational workshop delivers life skills and tools to help overcome adversities in life. Move away from being stuck, overwhelmed, stressed or anxious, and create a life of peace, empowerment, joy and overall wellness.
These workshops include:
- Kinesiology modalities
- Meditations
- Visualisations
- Breathwork
- Written processes
- Mind/body awareness

- 22 easy to apply ‘life skills tools’
- Freedom to feel Good work booklet
- Professional Kinesiologist working with you
Cost: $180 for 2 x 2 hour workshops
Dates: There are two groups of the Freedom to Feel Good Workshop for you to choose from:
Workshop One: Tuesday 22 and 29 October
Workshop Two: Tuesday 12 and 19 November
Time: 6:30pm – 8:30pm
