Join PARC’s My Movement Challenge to help you create healthy habits, build momentum and stay motivated.
It’s easy to participate in our My Movement Challenge. Simply…
- Come along to PARC between 16 May – 16 June for a swim, group exercise class or workout,
- Get your card stamped each time you visit,
- Attend 12 times during the Challenge period and gain your special PARC Movement Challenge prize.
- Plus, all completed cards go into the draw to WIN 1 of 2 x 6-month Full Access memberships. Just pop your completed card into the barrel at reception for your chance to WIN!
We will also be giving away some great spot prizes for those of you who are participating and have your card with you – including free Personal Training sessions, Café vouchers and retail store goodies! Yes, we’ll be spinning the wheel with loads of great prizes!!
Contribute to our overall PARC goal
One thing we hear time and time again is “I love working out and being action with my friends at PARC”, or, “I come to PARC to be with my community”. To continue to build these amazing community connections at PARC, we are also working towards one BIG GOAL this Challenge.
Each completed card contributes to our overall PARC goal. As a team, we want to walk around the globe every week of this challenge, that’s about 20 million steps x 4 weeks. Each card represents around 90,000 steps, so we want 850 completed cards!
Together we can stay active. Together we can make 2022 our Health of Year. And together, we can take on the world – and walk around it!!
