Our popular 8 Week Challenge is back from 7 February.
Kick off your Year of Health with likeminded people and supportive trainers that will help you set and achieve your health goals this year.
- An affordable personalised training option with 1 x 60minute Group Training session each week
- Connect with your small group to motivate and inspire
- Dedicated education portal and support to ensure you are maximising your workout
- Goal setting complete with body scans (if you wish)
The 8 Week Challenge starts on Monday 7 February, and is included for FREE as part of our Small Group Training Membership, which is available to PARC Full Access members at $28 per week.
